The machine can rapidly and uniformly mix various liquid raw materials and difficult-to-dissolve solid ingredients, ensuring consistent product quality between batches.

 

The equipment operates through the combined action of powerful stirring and high-speed shearing. The high-shear homogenizer quickly breaks down solid particles and powders and disperses them evenly into the liquid phase, while the scraper wall mixer continuously scrapes the tank wall to prevent material adhesion and burning, simultaneously driving the materials to form upward and downward circulation to eliminate mixing dead zones. The stirring speed can be flexibly adjusted according to material viscosity and process requirements, offering convenient operation.

The tank body features a three-layer stainless steel structure, with the inner layer made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and a mirror-polished surface finish that prevents material buildup and facilitates easy cleaning, fully meeting the hygiene standards of the daily chemical and food industries. The discharge method is flexible, allowing either direct bottom discharge or configuration with a transfer pump for pipeline delivery to facilitate connection with subsequent processes.
